Our Story
ACAC Family was established in 2025 with a clear mission: to provide outstanding care and support for people with disabilities, helping them to reach their fullest potential. Although we are a young organisation, our dedicated team brings a wealth of experience and passion to the sector. From the beginning, we have focused on
delivering a wide range of NDIS supports—including assistance with daily personal activities, shared living arrangements, life skill development, community participation, transport, nursing care, and specialised accommodation. Our services are carefully designed around individual needs and aspirations, ensuring every person has the opportunity to pursue their goals. Guided by the voices and
experiences of the people we support, we are continually inspired by their resilience and achievements—this drives our commitment to excellence in all we do.
